The Old Brewery, Southville, Bristol

Our design approach combined increased-density new build residential blocks complementing the site’s existing character through the use of retained facades and existing buildings.

Featuring 7 distinct buildings, 3 new and 4 retained, around a central courtyard. Uses envisaged are food and beverage, office and creative design spaces.

The site has subsequently been sold to Abri Housing Association who have retained CRE in a development management role to assist with the completion and disposal of the commercial space.
