Purchased in Dec 2014 and comprising six Georgian townhouses converted to offices in the 1970’s when a rear extension was added, planning consent was obtained in 2016 for return to residential use. A thorough refurbishment of the building was completed in 2018

We complimented the existing features in the Georgian terrace by using traditional design and interiors and remodelled the 1970s rear office utilising more contemporary design and interiors.

The development achieved record values and was nominated for several awards, winning both the National Housebuilder Award for best refurbishment project and Michelmores award for the best residential project below 35 units.

“Striking and interesting, Redcliffe Parade is a good mixture of the restoration of a Georgian facade and the repurposing of a tired 1970s office building, where the temptation would have been to knock it down. What has been created is an iconic landmark that fits into the fabric of Bristol.” – Graham Norwood, property journalist and judge.
