Change Real Estate working in a JV with Yarlington Housing Association, now Abri, will deliver a high density residential development with associated waterside commercial space.

The site, which is a 10 minute walk from Temple Meads station, has a concept design for up to 350 apartments and 20,000 sq ft of commercial space. The site will provide 50% of the apartments as affordable housing.
