CRE Selected As Preferred Bidder

Change Real Estate have been the awarded ‘preferred bidder’ status by Bristol City Council on a joint venture project with Yarlington Housing Association, now Abri.

The site, which is a 0.4 mile walk from Temple Meads station, has concept designs for 350 apartments and 20,000 sqft of commercial space.

Half of the apartments will be affordable, which Abri will take and the remaining units will be for sale by CRE.

Negotiations on the land contract are being finalised with Bristol City Council and the planning design is expected to commence early 2022.
