Ron has been in the real estate business for nearly 30 years, with over 20 years experience in development specialising in acquiring land and buildings, usually off market to create mixed use schemes throughout the UK.
As CEO and founder of the Cuckfield Group he obtained planning permission for over 4,000,000 square feet with a gross development value in excess of £400M and had joint ventures with Morgan Grenfell, Deutsche Bank, Tritax, Sofam Beheer, Raven Group, Persimmon Group, JJ Gallagher, Anglo Irish, and RBS.
Development manager James Fothergill has been a well-known face in the South West property community for many years. As Change Real Estate’s interface with the professions working to bring our projects forward, it is his role to ensure that our vision for aspirational and desirable development becomes reality.
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, James brings over 30 years property experience and management to Change Real Estate.
Project manager Luke Mills brings his experience of development throughout the South West region to Change Real Estate by working with our professional teams to ensure a successful delivery of our projects on site. A RICS Chartered Surveyor, Luke has an MSc in Surveying from University College of Estate Management, and counts amongst his experience valuable time working for The Guinness Partnership.
Will Hammond comes from a legal profession background, where he specialised in commercial property transactions. Having worked on all the various sides of property deals he brings wide-ranging insight and experience from a different perspective to Change Real Estate. His eye for system and process, coupled with experience of commercial reality provides further depth to the formidable team at CRE.
Mo Cooke is the CEO and one of the owners of Lancer Scott, as well as having varied property investment interests. Being Bristol born and bred, Mo has a great understanding and experience of the Bristol market as well as the wider Southwest region. Having grown Lancer Scott from a company with only 2 employees to one with more than 250 employees and a £55 million p.a. turnover, Mo has gained an invaluable eye for a business opportunity as well as great understanding of the benefit of giving back. Lancer Scott sponsors many local sports teams of varying prowess, from children’s teams all the way to being a shirt sponsor for the premiership Bristol Bears. Mo brings this knowledge and experience to enhance the current Change Real Estate leadership team.
With a background in house restoration from 2,500 sq ft to 25,000 sq ft Kay was brought in as interior designer working closely with the architects and wider design team, initially for Redcliff Quarter followed by the award winning Redcliffe Parade, and The Old Brewery.
Kay worked on all aspects of the design including the commercial and common areas, creating different themes for each of the residential blocks where appropriate.
The icing on the cake for Kay is producing the show flats that realise her vision.
